By installing Clipnelo or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the product.
2. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Clipnelo for personal or internal business purposes. Rights in the software, design and marks belong to SALAZAR JEAN ROBERT or the relevant rights holders.
3. License and payment
The final price, applicable taxes, license scope and refund terms are shown to the user before payment.
4. Acceptable use
You must process only material for which you hold the necessary rights. Illegal use, circumvention of technical limits, malicious code, service interference and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
5. Your files
You retain all rights to your files and remain responsible for their content. Clipnelo is designed for local processing; always keep backups of important originals.
6. Updates
We may release updates, fixes and new versions. Features may change as the product develops. Material changes to the license terms will be communicated in advance where required by law.
7. Disclaimer
The product is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee error-free performance, compatibility with every file or device, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the rights holder is not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits. This limitation does not apply where consumer-protection law prohibits it.
